Privacy Policy

Vibbee is a marketplace where solo builders buy, sell, fund, and acquire AI-built startups. The service is operated at vibbee.io. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

• ·Account: Email, display name, avatar, role (buyer or seller), bio, and website you choose to share.
• ·Listings: Title, tagline, description, screenshots, monthly revenue, monthly users, tech stack, and asking price you publish.
• ·Transactions: Stripe customer and checkout session IDs for Featured Listing boost payments. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• ·Communications: Offers you send or receive, offer thread messages, and in-product notifications.
• ·Verification: Revenue and analytics screenshots and demo URLs you submit when applying for Verified or Guaranteed tiers.
• ·Waitlist: Your email and the page you signed up from, if you join the waitlist.
• ·Technical: Standard server logs and the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

To operate the marketplace, match buyers and sellers, process boost payments via Stripe, send transactional notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. We don't use your data to train third-party AI models.

• Stripe — payment processing for Featured Listing boosts.
• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, and authentication.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.

We do not sell personal data. We do not run ad networks or third-party tracking.

Public: your display name, avatar, bio, website, and any live listings you publish. These are visible to anyone who visits Vibbee.

Private: your email, offers, offer messages, notifications, verification submissions, and payment records. These are only visible to you, the other party in a transaction, and Vibbee admins where moderation requires it.

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@vibbee.io and we'll respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile, listings, offers, and messages from the marketplace.

We keep your account data while your account is active. Waitlist emails are kept until launch plus 30 days, unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Payment records are kept as required by tax and accounting law.

Vibbee is not intended for anyone under 16. If we learn we've collected data from a child, we'll delete it.

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify active users by email before the changes take effect.
